Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I am in a rush. Will there be somebody who can park my car for me?
A: Yes. Please ask when you arrive and one of our dedicated attendants would be happy to park your car.
 
Q: Is it possible to have my car washed/vacuumed/serviced/repaired etc. for when I return?
A: Please see our Additional Services section.
 
Q: What happens if I don't make it back to my car before you close?
A: Your vehicle will be locked inside our secure car park until the following day and you will be charged the regular overnight parking fee upon collecting your vehicle.
 
Q: I am parking overnight. What time may I arrive and when do I have to leave?
A: You may arrive any time between 1PM and closing and should leave by 9AM the following day. Arriving/departing outside these hours will result in you being charged for an additional day at the usual rate.
 
Q: Do you offer special rates for people who wish to use your car park regularly?
A: See our Open Hours & Tariff page for prices. Quarterly rates are available upon request. Contact Us for up-to-date prices.
 
Q: I have special parking requirements. Can you accommodate me?
A: Please use our Contact Us page to inform us of your requirements and we will do our best.
